So, you’re probably asking what Abandoned Albums is.
It’s a fair question.
You may even be asking who the fluck I am.
Also, a fair question… but let’s stay with the Abandoned Albums question.
WHAT IS ABANDONED ALBUMS?
It’s a documentary podcast that looks at some albums you have forgotten about over time… and some you might not even know existed… AND at no extra cost to you, some albums by new artists whose albums should NOT become abandoned.
But let’s get this out of the way first - the albums are NOT abandoned or forgotten about. They’re typically just records we like and want to share with people. Some of these artists have sold millions of albums, but this may be the one that maybe didn’t sell so well.
Ultimately, it’s a discussion about the artists career as a whole… not just the one “abandoned” album.
So, why subscribe?
Again, a fair question.
Well, I suppose there are these reasons:
You’ll get access to the Abandoned Album Podcast and Playlist - which is pretty awesome.
You’ll get various other posts about things I prattle on about.
You MAY get asked to appear on an upcoming Abandoned Albums Playlist podcast (release date TBD).
You’ll have access to the back catalog of my writing. Substack imported everything, and I am slowly making my way through the 600+ posts to delete the shitty ones.
You may also receive a deluge of emails, which we promise to keep to a minimum.
Everything on Keith R. Higgons will remain free. Although, I may at some point move to a paid model. Currently, I have no intention of doing that

In the spirit of transparency, that image at the top? With me smiling? Yea, I used an app to plaster that smile on me.
