CCCP is my favorite song off Marigolds! Reminds of a very specific window of time in my life.
I had tix to see Faith No More, but they cancelled last minute. We didn’t know until we got down to the theater.
I won tickets to see Primus and Coheed & Cambria last summer in Cedar Rapids. It was the week before my oldest’s graduation and I was so full of anxiety and panic. But, also I really didn’t have the extra money for gas, food, expensive concert drinks…and didn’t have faith that we would make the hour and a half drive home after drinking and smoking. I did ask a couple of other people to be my plus one before landing on my drinking buddy 😂
