Interesting comment about disco. I can’t recall if it was in the Bee Gees doc or where (def a music doc) but there is a pretty healthy argument to be made around a racial and sexual preference bias in the hatred of Disco. I don’t much care for the genre, but I don’t dance. But there are some good tunes from that era made by talented people. 

At the end of the day, it’s dance music imho, and I don’t dance haha. So it has little interest to me. And let’s be honest Niles Rodgers has been milking that guitar riff from “le freak” across ALL genres for almost 50 years. 

But blame boomers? Nah, I blame cocaine. Haha
