Totally agreed, there are some broad truths to those labels, but they're mostly used to market and marganilize. IMHO. And I agree with The Cult catalog. I think dry and tractionless are good choices, I might add uninspired. Some of the songs are ok-ish but something is just missing. Except on this track They capture lightening in a bottle. I just listened to "Fire Woman" and I could argue it was an attempt to replicate "She Sells Sanctuary" but lightening doesn't strike twice. Usuallly.
